Her right hand guard, Mal has always been there for her while she investigates the sudden disappearances of her people.

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERSI reserve the right to refuse OR cancel a commission at any time and for any reason.Terms may vary from commission to commission. If there is an agreement NOT outlined in this TOS, it will be outlined with the client and apply to that commission ONLY.II. PAYMENT & FEESPayment is due in full upfront. Partial payments or payment plans may be discussed if the commission is more than $100.Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD OR through VGEN.A rush fee will be charged for commissions needing done sooner than the provided work period (typically 1-2 weeks).A fee may be charged if there is no references and the design must be fully custom.Additional fees may be charged for excessive or major revisions.The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.III. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULEResolution of the art will be sized according to what the client will be using the work for.Sketches will be sent over for approval within a week of commissioning. During this stage you may make up to 10 revisions any beyond that may be charged a fee.I will show WIPs throughout the commission process.Any WIPs will be watermarked.WIPs will be sent as any significant progress is made.Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.IV. REVISIONSTen revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price. Any more than that may incur a fee.A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.Revisions due to my own negligence are free.Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.V. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICYI, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights. Any commercial fees must be discussed. I charge flat rates and will rarely ask for a percentage of sales unless it is discussed a contract is signed.You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:Print the work for personal use.Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.Use the artwork as reference for a study.Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:Claim the artwork as yours.Remove my watermark/signature.Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.Color in my sketches or lineart.Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.VI. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDSOnce the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.VII. WHAT YOU RECEIVEYou will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process. Images are always sent as 300 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested:Final sketchFlat color sketch (not available for all commission types)Final artworkFor an additional fee you may purchase the original file of your commission.
